Lockbox Processing Options
Standard Lockbox Option
Requires the invoice number and applies the payment to that invoice if that invoice has a balance due equal to or greater than the payment amount.
- Annual Software Subscription Price: $3,000*
- One Time Setup fee: $500 fixed price setup fee
Advanced Lockbox Option
Requires the customer but then has functionality to automatically apply payments to the oldest open invoice on the customer’s account.
- Annual Software Subscription Price: $4,500*
- One Time Setup fee: $500 fixed price setup fee
**Annual Software Subscription Price may increase based on the volume of API calls due to Sage fees. Most clients do not exceed the standard API call volume included in the base price.
Note: File must be in a csv format and not require customization. Most csv files will not require customization, we typically only need to do a customization with other file types.
