Lockbox Processing Options
Standard Lockbox Option
Requires both the invoice number and customer to know where to apply payments.
- Annual Software Subscription Price: $3,000
- One Time Setup fee: $500 fixed price setup fee
Advanced Lockbox Option
Only requires the customer and then has functionality to automatically apply payments to the oldest open invoice on the customer’s account.
- Annual Software Subscription Price: $4,500
- One Time Setup fee: $500 fixed price setup fee
Note: File must be in a csv format and not require customization. Most csv files will not require customization, we typically only need to do a customization with other file types.
