Our Dallas-based team members chimed in. Quantum Workplace collected the data. The preliminary results are out!
MicroAccounting has been named one of the best places to work in North Texas—for the 5th year in a row!
This announcement comes from Best Places to Work sponsor, Dallas Business Journal.
Lorrie Harris, one of MicroAccounting’s partners, says the surveys asked employees to consider how they felt about benefits, learning opportunities, company structure and even group activities. They also asked about interpersonal connections such as management interaction and respect for teammates.
Lorrie says, “What really what sets us apart is our amazing team and the love we have for each other.”
While you can’t quantify love, its correlation with a happy workplace seems undeniable.
MicroAccounting was honored as a micro-sized company, but may soon outgrow this category! MicroAccounting continues to add team talent and even expand its offerings, along with sister company xkzero, which provides technical services including mobile applications, software development, and business intelligence tools.
We will learn the Best Places to Work rankings at the special awards luncheon, June 25 at the Fairmont Hotel Dallas. The results will be published in the Dallas Business Journal June 26. Stay tuned!
