Barbara has provided quality telephone support on Sage products for more than 20 years. As a Certified Support Specialist, Sage has invited her to participate in many discussion panels. Prior to joining the MicroAccounting team, she was a financial analyst in the healthcare industry and worked as a CPA in public accounting.
As a former Sage user, Barry has a great understanding of our clients’ needs. He has been a consultant for the past 16 years, supporting businesses so they may best maximize the impact of their software. Barry is especially versed in Sage 100 core and distribution modules, and has extensive financial reporting experience.
Bill leads the vision at MicroAccounting with his passion for guiding businesses toward success through technology. He has helped thousands of companies implement ERP, accounting, payroll, manufacturing, distribution, and service-based software solutions. Bill is a recognized leader in the Sage community and has taught software implementation to resellers and consultants across the country.
A self-proclaimed “techy nerd,” Brad Bates has a knack for simplifying technical topics in his lively blog posts. His experience as a Sage 100 user in the construction industry informs his ability to address client needs. He has spent more than 21 years in consulting and sales, and holds technical and application consultant certifications.
Chris has a passionate belief that people are the most important factor in the consistent success of any organization’s business results. He has more than 15 years of experience in software implementation, training, consulting, people management, and sales. After a decade of tenure at Sage, he has expertise in Sage HRMS and Sage Employer Solutions.
Connie has worked with Sage 100 for more than 20 years. She assists with upgrades, add-on modules and customizations, and solves business issues related to implementations. Connie previously ran the Sage North America training program, educating hundreds of business partners and end users, many of whom are now coworkers.
Deanna oversees our project management efforts from the trenches to ensure that we meet or exceed client expectations. She has more than a decade of industry experience, following a 17-year career in education, serving as a teacher, coach, and administrator.
Eric has been a Sage software consultant for 16 years, and has technical expertise with financial and distribution applications and Sage Fixed Assets, Crystal Reports, KnowledgeSync Alerts, Starship, MAPADOC, Microsoft SQL and Infor F9. Our Sage 100 and Sage 500 clients count on Eric for installations, upgrades, data management, and business intelligence projects..
Eva helps businesses improve processes with upgrades, module add-ons and new system implementations. As a former Sage 100 user, she strives to ensure clients are thoroughly and properly trained to best utilize the software. Eva has more than 19 years experience as a Sage-certified consultant and trainer and recently earned Sage HRMS certification.
Gary sets up computer systems and virtual servers and implements SQL data migrations for Sage 100. He specializes in Crystal Reports, FRx, BizNet and F9, ScanForce and BarTender and pinch hits with Sage 500. Accounting industry expertise includes amanufacturing and wholesale distribution. Gary is a certified Sage trainer with degrees in accounting and finance.
Irv leads the MicroAccounting Alliance Program, which helps financial services firms and clients find the appropriate business technology for efficiency and growth. During more than four decades as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he also worked as a Certified Business Performance Advisor (CBPA) in human resources. As owner of Michaels Consulting, he provides financial, business development, technology and HR advice and services.
A Certified Consultant with more than 20 years of experience, including software implementations, James leads our consulting department, ensuring we provide top level consulting and support as technology continues to evolve. James previously worked in public accounting and private industry accounting.
Julie rearranges words about technical stuff so even regular folks can understand it. When not recovering from an injury inflicted by her dog Duncan and his wild park pack, she may be at the ice rink working on her hockey stop or bike riding around the lake. She also writes terrible hip hop lyrics, paints red pandas, and plays in the dirt.
As a long-time user of management systems for human resource applications, Julie understands the needs of our people, payroll, time and HR clients. She keeps current with human resources industry trends and issues such as reporting laws and Affordable Care Act compliance. Julie is also a Certified Payroll Professional and Certified Human Resources Professional.
Lorrie is a Certified Consultant who enjoys meeting with prospective and existing clients to develop strategies to improve their business success through the innovative use of technology. She has more than 20 years of experience with ERP systems, providing consulting, account management, sales, and telephone support.
Matt is a senior programmer working with hosting, Sage HRMS, and Sage 500 ERP clients. He also creates custom integrations for Workforce Go! human capital management system. Specialties include Knowledge Sync, Crystal Reports and SQL reporting. Matt holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science.
Stuart Blumenthal protects the integrity of our methodology as supervisor of MicroAccounting consultants across all product lines. He is also the practice lead for Intacct, our SaaS (cloud) accounting software package, as well as our hosting division. Stuart is a Certified Intacct Implementation Specialist and holds degrees in management information systems and accounting.
Theresa has implemented software for more than 15 years. She is a Certified Intacct Implementation Specialist, Sage 500 ERP Application Consultant—Financials/Distribution and a Sage 500 ERP Technical Consultant, and has completed training in document management, reporting, and fixed assets. Theresa is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified IT Professional with an MBA in Finance.
